1. Equipped With TOSHIBA CE4M Print head
High density nozzles, as many as 636,dot frequency is 28KHZ,achieve a high print speed. Spray ink can reach 300 billion times without clogging and oblique , with a long life. 8 levels grey scale, 5pl ink drop size, with a high resolution.
2. Certified ink by TOSHIBA.
Ink is certified by TOSHIBA, passed RoHS, SGS certification. Without any components which may damage print head. Life of print head will be longer. High ink density and wide color gamut.
3. Certified accessories
Accessories of Ink system are certified by ink supplier, without chemical reaction with ink.
4. High-strength steel frame
Welded racks are milled by CNC milling machine. Ensure no deformation when print glass, stone and other heavy materials.
5. Double servo motors on Y axis
Adopt industry-leading brands of servo motors on Y axis, achieving the precision requirements of mechanical transmission, more durable.
6. Toshiba print head adopt Constant temperature system
Toshiba print head adopt water recirculation system, keep a constant temperature. Temperature error not exceeds 2 degrees, ensure stable color output and ink flow property.
