Cfmoto 500cc crankshaft is an important part of motocycle engine parts, and it is also a fast moving parts. Crankshaft is one of the most important and expensive parts , which has an obvious influence on size and weight, and to a great extend, on the reliability of engine. It takes the force from the connecting rod and converts it into torque through the crankshaft output and drives other accessories on the engine. The crankshaft is subjected to a centrifugal force of a rotating mass, a cyclically varying gas inertial force, and a reciprocating inertial force to cause the crankshaft to undergo a bending torsional load. Therefore, the crankshaft is required to have sufficient strength and rigidity, and the surface of the journal needs to be wear-resistant, work evenly, and have good balance.
A crankshaft comprises the following components:
· Main journals
· Crank pins
· Crank webs
· Counterweights
To reduce the mass of the crankshaft and the centrifugal force generated during the movement, the crankshaft journal is often made hollow. Oil holes are formed in each journal surface to introduce or withdraw oil to lubricate the journal surface. To reduce the stress concentration, the transition of the main journal, the crank pin and the crank arm is connected by a circular arc.
