Re-spooling machine for SAW welding wire Flux cored welding 


This machine is also called layer winding machine, re-spooling line, winder ect.

it is used mostly for the production of bigger diameter welding wire like 

SAW wire (submerged arc welding wire)

Flux cored welding wire,

aluminum alloy welding wire, 

brass alloy welding wire, 

stainless welding wire,


there are four units for the line, take-up machine, dancer (tension control), pay-off machine, and electrical cabinet.


Take-up unit is to wind the wire onto plastic spool or wire spool (K300, SB300, K200 etc.) or spoolless coil.


This machine is high efficient semi-automatic production line, which is flexible for operators to control and adjust for different quality of spools and wires.
